About Nevada foreclosure sales

Most Nevada foreclosures are non-judicial trustee sales under a deed of trust (NRS 107.080). After a notice of default and at least three months, the notice of sale is recorded, posted and published for three weeks before the auction. There is no right of redemption after a completed trustee sale.

County treasurers also auction property held in trust for unpaid taxes, usually once a year in the spring or summer.

Our Nevada data comes from a trustee's published pending-sales report and the Clark County sheriff's sale list. It does not cover every sale yet; more coming. New to auctions? Read the investor FAQ.
