Quick answers before you sign up.
How current is the data?
Notices are collected from county clerk postings every week and refreshed ahead of each first-Tuesday sale. The date at the top of the map shows the last refresh.
Where do the notices come from?
Public records: notices of trustee sale filed with the county clerk, tax-sale lists from the sheriff or constable, and appraisal-district values. We link to the official county source for each county.
Why can't I see addresses here?
This public page only shows county totals. Members see each property, its sale date, listed bid or amount owed, appraisal value and a deal score.
Do you publish owner names or phone numbers?
No. AuctionEmber never publishes owner names, phone numbers or skip-tracing data, on this page or in the dashboard.
Can I ask for a county you don't cover yet?
Yes. Email [email protected]. Team members get priority on new county requests.

Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every plan has a yearly option priced at 10 months, so two months are free.
Is there a free trial?
No. You choose a plan and pay through Stripe when you create your account.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime online in Account → Manage billing. You keep access through the period you already paid for.
Do you give refunds?
All sales are final and we do not issue refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Is sales tax added?
Prices are shown before applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
