Account help
- Signing in. Go to Member login and enter your username or email and password, then the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (or one of your recovery codes).
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password. We email a reset link; open it and choose a new password, then sign in again with your authenticator code.
- Confirming your email. After you sign up we send a confirmation link that is valid for 24 hours. If it expired or never arrived, sign in and open Account, then click Resend. Check your spam folder too.
- Two-factor authentication. Every account uses an authenticator app. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe: if you lose your phone you can sign in with one of them. If you have lost both, email us.
- Deleting your account. In Account you can delete your account with your password and an authenticator code. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first and wait until it has ended.
Billing
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. There are no free trials. See Plans for prices.
- Manage or cancel. Sign in, open Account, click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal, then Cancel plan. You can also switch plans there.
- When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds, including for partial periods, except where the law requires one. Details are in the Terms of Service.
Data questions
- Sources. Everything comes from public records: notices of trustee sale filed with the county clerk, tax-sale lists from the sheriff or constable, and appraisal-district values.
- Freshness. Notices are collected every week and refreshed ahead of each first-Tuesday sale. The refresh date is shown on the map.
- Coverage. We cover the Texas counties listed on Texas foreclosures by county. To ask for another county, use Request a county below.
- Found an error? Email [email protected] with the county, the notice or property, and what looks wrong. Records can be late or incomplete, so always confirm with the county clerk, the trustee and the appraisal district before you act.
Request a county
Want coverage for a county we don't list yet, in Texas or another state? Tell us here. Requests help us decide where to expand next; we can't promise a date.
