AuctionEmber plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. There are no free trials. Prices are shown before tax; applicable sales tax (for example, Texas sales tax) is added at checkout based on your billing address.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and your payment method is charged the then-current plan price plus applicable tax, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance by email before any price change takes effect, and before a yearly plan renews.
All sales are final; we do not offer refunds, including for partial billing periods or unused time, except where the law requires one.
You can cancel anytime online: sign in, open Account, click Manage billing, then Cancel plan. You can also email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; your access continues until then and you will not be charged again.
You can switch plans from Manage billing. Changes are not prorated or refunded.
AuctionEmber compiles public records (posted foreclosure notices, tax-sale lists and county appraisal data) for information only. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and AuctionEmber is not a real-estate broker or agent and does not buy, sell or list property. Scores are automated estimates, not appraisals or recommendations. Always verify every record with the county clerk, trustee, taxing unit and appraisal district before acting. Sales can be postponed or cancelled at any time.
Public records can be incomplete, late or wrong, and our processing can introduce errors. The service and data are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, AuctionEmber is not liable for any loss arising from use of the data, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
AuctionEmber is not a consumer reporting agency and its data are not consumer reports. You may not use AuctionEmber data, in whole or part, as a factor in determining anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy (tenant screening), or for any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) or similar state laws. You also may not use the data to harass, contact or solicit property owners in violation of law, or to skip-trace individuals.
Your account is for you alone. Do not share logins, resell or republish the data in bulk, or scrape the site. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to members before they take effect.
