About Arizona foreclosure sales

Most Arizona mortgage foreclosures are non-judicial trustee sales under a deed of trust. The notice of sale is recorded at least 90 days before the sale, posted on the property and at the courthouse, and published once a week for four weeks (A.R.S. 33-808). Sales take place on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

There is no redemption or upset bid period after a trustee sale, and payment is due by 5 p.m. the next business day (A.R.S. 33-811). Arizona counties sell property-tax liens online each February; those lien sales are not in our data.

Our Arizona data comes from published trustee sale reports. It does not cover every trustee yet; more coming. New to auctions? Read the investor FAQ.
