About North Dakota tax-deed sales
North Dakota counties foreclose delinquent property taxes on October 1 and take tax deed (N.D.C.C. ch. 57-28), then sell the parcels at a public auction on the third Tuesday of November at no less than a minimum sale price. There is no owner redemption after the sale; the IRS may redeem within 120 days.
Our North Dakota data comes from county auditors' published tax-deed lists; more coming. New to auctions? Read the investor FAQ.
